Product Description

Product Description
SJKW1-2000 Series Air Circuit Breaker
The SJKW1 series intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is designed for use in distribution networks with an AC frequency of 50 Hz, a rated voltage up to 660 V (or 690 V), and a rated current ranging from 200 A to 6300 A. It is capable of distributing electrical energy while providing protection against faults such as overload, undervoltage, short circuit, and single-phase grounding. The circuit breaker features intelligent protection functions and precise selective protection capabilities, which enhance the reliability of power supply and prevent unnecessary power outages. Additionally, it is equipped with an open communication interface that supports "four remote" operations, thereby meeting the requirements of control centers and automation systems. The circuit breaker is suitable for installation at altitudes up to 2000 meters, with a pulse withstand voltage of 8000 V (adjusted according to the relevant standards for different altitudes, with the maximum value not exceeding 12000 V). In configurations without an intelligent controller or sensor, the circuit breaker can function as an isolator.
This product complies with international and national standards, including GB14048.2 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear - Low-Voltage Circuit Breakers" and IEC60947-2 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear - Circuit Breakers."

FAQ
Q: What are the key specifications of your air circuit breakers (ACBs)?
Q: What accessories are available for your frame circuit breakers?
Q: What types of trip units do you offer for your ACBs?
A: Our standard ACBs typically cover:
Rated Current (In): From 630A up to 6300A (Specify your range, e.g., 800A - 4000A).
Rated Operational Voltage (Ue): Up to 690V AC / 1000V AC (Specify).
Ultimate Breaking Capacity (Icu): Up to [e.g., 100kA, 150kA] at [Voltage, e.g., 415V] (Specify your highest and common ratings).
Rated Insulation Voltage (Ui): [e.g., 1000V].
Poles: 3-pole and 4-pole versions available.
Trip Units: Available with thermal-magnetic (TMD) or electronic (ETU/MIC) trip units for precise protection. (Mention key features of your ETUs, e.g., communication capability - Modbus, Profibus).
Standards: Compliant with IEC 60947-2, GB 14048.2, or other relevant standards.
A: A wide range of accessories are available to enhance functionality and safety, including:
Auxiliary contacts (NO/NC)
Undervoltage release (Shunt trip)
Closing coil (Electro-magnetic operator)
Mechanical interlocks (for multiple sources/couplings)
Padlocking devices
Extension shafts (for remote operation)
Communication modules
Key interlocks
A: We provide options to suit different needs:
Thermal-Magnetic Trip Unit (TMD): Cost-effective solution for basic overload and short-circuit protection.
Electronic Trip Unit (ETU/MIC): Offers advanced features like:
Adjustable long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and ground-fault protection settings.
Load monitoring and energy metering (on some models).
Communication capabilities (e.g., Modbus RTU, Profibus DP) for integration into SCADA/BMS systems.
Event logging and diagnostics.
Q: What are the typical applications for your air circuit breakers?
How do I select the right size (current rating) ACB for my application?
How do I ensure the ACB has sufficient breaking capacity (Icu/Ics) for my system?
A: Our ACBs are widely used as main incoming feeders, couplers, and large outgoing feeders in:
Industrial power distribution systems (factories, plants)
Commercial buildings (data centers, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels)
Infrastructure projects (ports, airports, power stations, substations)
Marine and offshore installations (if applicable, mention specific certifications)
Renewable energy systems (solar farms, wind farms).
A: Selecting the correct current rating involves:
Calculating the total maximum continuous load current of the circuit.
Applying relevant derating factors (ambient temperature, enclosure, grouping).
Choosing an ACB with a Rated Current (In) equal to or higher than the calculated value. We strongly recommend consulting with our technical team to ensure optimal selection based on your specific load profile and system requirements.
A: The ACB's Ultimate Breaking Capacity (Icu) must be equal to or greater than the prospective short-circuit current at its installation point in your electrical network. This requires a short-circuit study of your system. We can provide guidance based on typical system levels or review your specific data.
